    Hormone Balance (£35) Mushroom Blend

Imbalanced hormones can affect everything from mood and energy levels through to skin and hair health. We’ve developed our Hormone Balance to give your hormones a helping hand and restore your natural flow.

    Hormone & energy support

Vitamin B6 contributes to hormone regulation while Chromium supports normal blood glucose levels with Inositiol, key to sustained energy levels.

    Supports skin health

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and protects cells from oxidative stress caused by pollutants, e.g. alcohol.

    Promotes a positive outlook

Contains Vitamin B6 to support normal psychological function and contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity.

    Why the hormone balance blend?

After years of struggling with fatigue, gut issues and hormone imbalances, our co-founder Georgi was finally diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and PCOS in 2018. Driven by personal experience, she developed a range of high quality blends that support energy, sleep, mood and hormone balance – all while fitting seamlessly into your daily routine!

We recommend making the Hormone Balance as you would a regular coffee. Simply mix with hot water and then top up with your preferred milk.

Any one experiencing hormone imbalances can reap the benefits of this blend. Although Inositol is particularly beneficial for people with PCOS, many people can benefit from the Hormone Balance blend.

If you have any symptoms of hormonal imbalances or issues with energy, then the combination of herbal ingredients and Inositol can help to provide overall support for your health.
