Spacemade, the unique coworking operator, launches its first townhouse offering in the heart of Marylebone Village

Spacemade, the B-Corp organisation ahead of the curve in designing and curating exceptional workspace offerings, has today opened its doors to its brand-new and exclusive location, ‘Elmtree’, based in the heart of highly desirable Marylebone Village.

In partnership with The Howard de Walden Estate and in one of London’s most sought-after locations, Elmtree at 34 and 36 Queen Anne Street is a unique townhouse style office group aimed at small to medium sized businesses and those looking to elevate their coworking experience.

Spacemade goes against the grain of other co-working groups by offering its members a truly bespoke offering, so it’s no surprise that its private offices are filling up quickly and the waitlist for coworking is half full ahead of opening.

The striking Grade II listed Georgian property, featuring original artworks and murals, mixes timeless design with an eclectic twist, giving its members the opportunity to indulge in luxury interiors, whilst at work.

Elmtree has been designed to revive the traditional coworking offering by creating a hub of opportunity for its network. Whether you’re in need of a private office to create a collaborative environment for your growing team, or a flexible hot desk, they offer bespoke memberships for all.

Jonny Rosenblatt, co-founder of Spacemade comments on the opening of Elmtree: “Elmtree is such an exciting offering for Spacemade to bring to the market. We’ve created something totally unique by giving our members a space that feels like home. We’ve had fun with the design, combining the magical interiors of the Georgian townhouses with a twist of 70s funk.

Giving our members a reason to come to the office instead of working fromhome is now of paramount importance. We see it as our mission to ensure our spaces offer something you simply can’t get at home. We want our members to flourish in the company of others. Simply put, real world connections are infinitely better than digital ones and we believe in Elmtree’s ability to make those happen”.

There are a limited number of desks and office spaces and with some areas already reserved, enquiring in advance is encouraged. When speaking to a member that’s already moved in ahead of opening, they commented “It’s the best coworking space I’ve ever been to with a very special, unique offering, I can’t wait for my colleagues to join me here”.

Private office space at Elmtree starts from £800 per desk, per month and co-working spaces start from £129 per month.
