Online kitchen re-seller Used Kitchen Hub predicts best year yet after successful 2023

Second-hand kitchen retailer, Used Kitchen Hub, is celebrating significant growth, having increased its operations by 30% and onboarded multiple new employees in 2023, with further growth planned this year.

Established in 2015, the fast-growing online platform enables consumers to buy and sell ex-display and privately owned used kitchens at discounted rates, whilst providing quality customer service.

Entrepreneur Daniel Abrahams founded the company after selling his own kitchen when he extended his home in 2014, avoiding landfill and providing new owners with an upcycled kitchen. With nearly 20 years’ experience and a background in office and modular furniture planning and relocating projects across the UK, Daniel knew the scope that this business model could have.

Now, Used Kitchen Hub not only supplies kitchens across the length and breadth of the UK but also throughout Europe and across the globe, having built long-lasting relationships with multiple European manufacturers and showrooms, culminating in an impressive bank of positive reviews.

Used Kitchen Hub founder, Daniel Abrahams, commented: “When I launched Used Kitchen Hub in 2015, the concept of buying and selling second-hand kitchens was still relatively new. So many quality ex-display and privately owned kitchens were simply being discarded and sent to landfill – and I wanted to change that.

“Over the last 9 years, our proven managed solution has allowed us to help so many people with their renovation projects, from evaluation to selling and removal. Because of this, the business has grown due to a consistent influx of referrals, and we have become the UK’s “go to” platform for free guidance, advice and help with all aspects of buying and selling used kitchens.

“Alongside continuing to grow our network of showrooms, manufacturers and suppliers nationwide, we are focused on building awareness of the brand and our unique approach to market. As a family-run business, we take pride in the friendly hand-held service that we offer, whilst providing only the best luxury high-end products to our loyal customers.”

Considered to be the UK’s leading luxury kitchen re-seller, Used Kitchen Hub is now branching out in other areas, providing a fully managed service to help customers clear their homes of other items including bathrooms, fireplaces, antiques, furniture and more.

The company’s focus for 2024 is to expand on its relationships with interior designers, architects, estate agents and interior designers, enabling them to offer even more high-end kitchens to their loyal customers whilst continuing to dominate the used and ex-display kitchen market.
