FREE PIZZA? Claim one of 5,000 free pizzas from Rudy’s Pizza to celebrate new Spitalfields Market opening

Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana offers its neighbours 5,000 free pizzas to celebrate bringing its authentic menu to London’s Spitalfields

Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana has announced it will be opening a Spitalfields-based pizzeria, with 5,000 free pizzas available for Londoners to claim at LINK. The new neighbourhood-style pizzeria will offer Rudy’s celebrated Neapolitan pizzas and fan-favourite dips in Spitalfields from March.

The new Spitalfields pizzeria – the fourth location in London where fans can enjoy Rudy’s authentic Neapolitan pizza – will be a bright open-plan space on Spital Square featuring large windows and ample dining space, with additional seating in a cosy outdoor courtyard for customers who would prefer to enjoy their pizza al fresco. Those who sign up here will be able to claim one of 5,000 pizzas available on-the-house once the restaurant opens in March.

Born out of passion for pizza, Rudy’s follows the authentic Neapolitan tradition of pizza-making, renowned for its consistency and quality. Joining an eclectic and celebrated culinary scene in Spitalfields, the relaxed and friendly dining concept will offer classic recipes such as Marinara, Margherita and Calabrese – all originating from Naples, the birthplace of pizza – alongside paying homage to famous pizzerias around the globe with rotating specials.

Rudy’s dough is made fresh each day by their in-house pizzaioli, using Caputo ’00’ flour, and is proved for 24 hours, before being topped with the highest-quality ingredients from Naples. This includes San Marzano tomatoes grown on fields at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, and traditional Fior di Latte mozzarella.

Staying true to the traditions of Naples, each pizza is cooked for around 60 seconds at 450°C – resulting in a soft and light pizza with an airy and raised ‘cornicione’ edge.

Furthermore, the new Rudy’s in Spitalfields will honour its authentic Neapolitan roots with a well-stocked bar serving iconic Italian spritzes, crisp Italian Poretti lager, and classic stirred-cocktails.

Commenting on the new opening, Neal Bates of Rudy’s Pizza, said: “We’re delighted to share our authentic Neapolitan pizzas with the thriving Spitalfields neighbourhood, joining a host of incredible global food options in the area. We can’t wait to open our doors in March and give the city an opportunity to experience our authentic pizzas first hand at no expense, with 5,000 free pizzas available.”
