With anticipation and exciting growing for London’s newest running event, the route has been revealed for the inaugural Saucony Run Shoreditch.
The 10k, hosted by the organisers of the iconic Hackney Half Marathon, will see thousands of runners take on the new closed-road route through the vibrant streets of Shoreditch.
The route, which will be packed with on-route activations, entertainment and Shoreditch-style energy, will pass through some of Shoreditch’s most iconic areas, including Hoxton Street Market, Regent’s Canal and De Beauvoir Town.
The race will start at Bridport Place, heading towards Rosemary Gardens. Along the way, runners and spectators will enjoy cheer zones, live music and a high-energy atmosphere from start to finish, with runners crossing the finish line at the other end of Bridport Place, by Shoreditch Park.
Taking place on Sunday 21 September, the first-ever Saucony Run Shoreditch promises an unforgettable experience, with the official event village in Shoreditch Park hosting a range of activities, entertainment and refreshments.
