FITZ’S BRASSERIE UNVEILS EXCLUSIVE BURNS NIGHT SUPPER CLUB WITH BLADNOCH DISTILLERY

This Burns Night, celebrate the life and legacy of Scotland’s beloved poet Robert Burns at Fitz’s Brasserie, London, as it partners with the historic Bladnoch Distillery for an exclusive Supper Club. Taking place on Thursday, 23rd January at 7 PM, the evening promises an unforgettable celebration of Scottish heritage, complete with whisky pairings, live bagpiping, and a specially curated four-course menu.
Guests will indulge in a menu showcasing the vibrant flavours of Scotland, with each dish paired perfectly with premium whiskies from Bladnoch Distillery, elevating the culinary experience with expertly matched notes.
Bladnoch Distillery, the oldest independently owned Scotch whisky distillery, has been producing exceptional Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky for over 207 years. For one night only, this iconic distillery will bring its celebrated whiskies to Fitz’s Brasserie, offering diners a taste of its storied craftsmanship.
The evening’s culinary journey begins with a choice of Loch Fyne salmon served with caviar crème fraîche and oatcake crisp or a wild mushroom tartlet garnished with lemon balm. Starters include hand-dived Isle of Skye scallops accompanied by Stornoway black pudding crumble and Irn-Bru gastrique, or a double-baked Cambus o’May cheese soufflé with sauce Nantais.
For the main course, enjoy a refined take on traditional haggis, neeps, and tatties, featuring venison haggis bonbons and a 12-year-aged whisky jus, or opt for a vegetarian wild mushroom duxelles Wellington. The evening concludes with a classic Cranachan, combining toasted oats, raspberries, and Scottish heather honey for a sweet finish.
