Senior figures from companies including Uber and PandaDoc are speaking at a new virtual summit for emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.

The Skillsme Leadership Summit will take place online from December 6 to 8 and will
include experienced speakers sharing their tools and strategies to thrive in 2025. More than
5,000 emerging leaders from Fortune 500 companies, startups, and key industry players are expected to attend the event, which will include networking opportunities and live Q&A
    sessions.

The summit, which has the theme ‘Unleash the leader within’, is the brainchild of London based Diana Robertson, the founder of Skillsme, the UK’s leading virtual school for soft skills. She wanted to create something which would inspire and support emerging leaders and help them learn valuable skills and meet each other.

Diana, who lives in London said: “Early stage leaders share a lot of the same problems and face similar challenges whether they are small business owners or working in a corporate background. At the summit, they’ll find solutions to their most frequent challenges from more experienced leaders and other leadership experts.”

The event is aimed at people with less than five years of leadership experience. Speakers
will include Javier Rivero, Uber’s former head of operations, Deborah Riegel, an instructor at Wharton, Columbia and Duke Business Schools, William Arruda, a personal branding
expert, and Dmitry Ivanouski, former director of sales at PandaDoc.

And the topics covered at the summit will include everything from adaptability, overcoming
resistance and hiring top talent to handling difficult conversations and maximising team
    performance through psychological safety.

Diana, who won Outstanding Leadership Award in Education in 2024, added: “The event
combines speakers and leaders from famous companies who will share their story and
experiences with business trainers and coaches who will teach skills and strategies. There
will be something for everyone who wants to develop their leadership skills and build their
    confidence.”

Tickets are available online now at the website here.

The summit will start at 3pm GMT on Friday, December 6 with an opening keynote speech by Diana on skills essential for leaders success in today’s world.

There will then be two parallel tracks each day so attendees can choose the talks and
workshops which will be most useful to them. Each day will run from 3pm to 8.30pm GMT,
10am to 3.30pm ET or 7am to 12.30pm PT, depending on the delegate’s time zone.
