Between 9th September – 13th October, customers who reserve at one of the eligible developments can benefit from these exclusive offers, to help homeowners furnish their new space and really make it their own.

Buyers can receive up to £3,500 towards buying costs on two-bedroom apartments and up to £4,000 towards buying costs on three-bedroom apartments. Pricing starts from £109,375 for a 25% share of a two-bedroom apartment (FMV: £437,500).
Another development taking part in the initiative is L&Q at Beam Park, located where Rainham and Dagenham meets, Beam Park offers a range of one- and three-bedroom apartments all boasting a private outdoor space. Buyers can receive £1,500 towards buying costs on all available one-bedroom apartment. Pricing starts from £65,625 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment (FMV: £262,500), making it an accessible option for first-time buyers.
For those looking to move home outside the capital, L&Q at Darwin Green features one- and two-bedroom apartments just a short hop from Cambridge City Centre. All apartments include a private outdoor space and allocated parking. L&Q is offering up to £2,000 towards buying costs on all available homes, with prices starting from £75,000 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment (FMV £300,000).
