Tasty African Food, the UK’s largest West African food chain, is excited to announce the launch of its new delivery app, designed to offer customers a seamless and efficient way to enjoy their favourite dishes from the comfort of their homes. The app allows customers to either order for delivery or pick up directly from any of Tasty African Food’s branches, functioning in a similar way to services like Uber Eats but with a focus on the unique needs of its loyal customer base.

With the new app, Tasty African Food is able to meet three key objectives that are central to enhancing the overall customer experience:

    1. Price: By operating its own platform, Tasty African Food is able to offer customers lower prices on food orders, cutting out third-party commission fees and passing on the savings directly to the customer.

    2. Delivery: The app’s built-in delivery system means that Tasty African Food can ensure faster, more reliable delivery times, with drivers directly employed by the company to maintain high standards of service.

    3. Loyalty and Rewards: The app introduces a new, easier-to-use loyalty system that will reward regular customers with discounts and special offers, something that’s far more seamless than when relying on third-party delivery platforms.

“We’re always looking for new ways to serve our customers better, and with our new app, we’re putting control back in the hands of our customers – offering them lower prices, quicker deliveries, and a more rewarding experience,” Simi Olaleye said.
