The UK’s biggest event for first time buyers is back. The London Home Show will return to the QEII Centre in Westminster on Saturday 27th September 2025, marking the first flagship event to be hosted under Share to Buy’s newly launched events platform, Share to Buy Live.
Share to Buy is the country’s leading online portal for affordable homeownership, with their events welcoming over 83,000 hopeful buyers since the London Home Show launched in 2013. Free to attend, the event offers attendees direct access to expert guidance and essential information about affordable home-buying schemes, including Shared Ownership, London Living Rent, Rent to Buy, Discount Full Ownership and more.
This autumn, over 35 exhibitors will be in attendance, including leading housing associations, homebuilders, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals. Sponsors include industry leaders Abri Homes, Aster Sales, Barratt London, Hyde New Homes, L&Q, Legal & General Affordable Homes, NHG Homes, Peabody New Homes, Places for People, Regenta, SO Resi, Southern Housing New Homes, Sovereign Network Group and Square Roots. Tembo, a multi-award winning mortgage broker and savings platform, will also be returning as a sponsor this autumn.
Attendees can explore hundreds of developments across London and the Home Counties, speak one-on-one with housing providers, and receive personalised advice from mortgage brokers and solicitors. Free mortgage appointments will be available on the day, alongside a variety of exclusive deals, giveaways and event-only incentives.
The event will also host a full programme of live educational sessions across three categories: Homeownership, Financial and Legal. Popular sessions such as Ask the Experts: Shared Ownership Q&As and affordability workshops hosted by specialist mortgage brokers – including Censeo Financial, Just Mortgages and Mortgage Advice Bureau – will run throughout the day.
