Megan Butler joins Brand Champions after a successful tenure as Chief Strategy Officer at Four Agency, where she spent nearly five years shaping the agency’s strategic direction and delivering award-winning work for clients across sectors such as FMCG, healthcare, travel and finance.
While at Four, Megan developed the trademarked Mapper360 insights methodology, driving behaviour change campaigns and securing key government strategy rosters. With over 20 years of experience spanning creative, PR, digital, and social disciplines, Megan brings unparalleled strategic rigour and a passion for insight-led solutions to Brand Champions.

Joining alongside Megan is Jon Lock, a seasoned creative leader with 25 years of experience. Jon has worked both in-house and agency-side, managing high-performing teams to deliver innovative, commercially driven solutions for B2B and B2C brands. His recent roles include senior creative positions at Prodigious London and TBWALondon, where he led integrated campaigns across brand repositioning, TVC, and social media. Known for balancing strategic insight with imaginative flair, Jon’s expertise in creative writing and concept development will be instrumental in driving impactful marketing strategies for Brand Champions’ diverse client base.
