IngredientsÂ
Frozen Lime Honey CubesÂ
- 150ml lime juiceÂ
- 100ml waterÂ
- 100g Rowse Manuka honeyÂ
For the Mangorita Â
- 150g frozen mangoÂ
-  ½ of the frozen lime honey cubes Â
- 100ml blanco Tequila OR 100 ml fresh orange juice Â
For the RimÂ
- ½ tbsp lime juiceÂ
- 2 tbsp Rowse Manuka honeyÂ
- Flaky saltÂ
Method:
- Stir together lime juice, water, and honey, then pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for 5 hours. Â
- When ready to make the drinks, blend half of the lime honey cubes, frozen mango, and tequila (if using) until smooth. Â
- Mix 1 tbsp lime juice and 2 tbsp honey on a plate. Place flaky salt on another plate. Dip glass rims in the lime honey mixture, then in the salt. Â
- Pour the frozen mangorita into the glasses and serve.Â
