Arlington Residential has expanded its team bringing on board two experienced agency professionals to complement its successful sales and lettings business, which celebrates its 30th industry anniversary. This summer has seen a surge of deals completed by Marc Schneiderman, Director and Founder of the independent estate agency and his team at Arlington Residential.
James Martin has moved from Knight Frank’s Queens Park office to join Arlington’s sales team as a Senior Sales Consultant. James has over a decade of large corporate agency experience operating in prime sales across North West London, including Hampstead, Belsize Park and Primrose Hill.

Having honed his prime lettings knowledge over 10 years with Savills and secured many high end prime and super-prime lettings, Robert Lerner has been appointed as Head of Lettings. Robert has built a reputation as one of the most well-known and successful letting agents in North West London. He has an unrivalled knowledge of Hampstead, Belsize Park, Hampstead Garden Suburb, Highgate and St. John’s Wood.
