PocketSquare Skyline Bar and Terrace based in Whitechapel, East London are embracing Spring with their seasonal cocktails including a cherry blossom inspired cocktail, Hanami and a chocolate-based Easter cocktail, Demitasse.

The Hanami is inspired by the bustling Columbia Road Flower Market which every Sunday overflows with people, flowers and the calls of east end florists. This floral cocktail blends Roku Gin with flower cordial, Beesou and green tea soda, and is topped with a sugar strip of flowers.

The Demitasse is the perfect cocktail for Easter made with Appleton 8, Frangelico, Caramel Syrup and Chocolate Bitters.

The cocktails are created by head mixologist Lucrezia Frosutto and her expert team.

To go with the cocktails, PocketSquare’s Sicilian aperitivo menu offers authentic Sicilian bar snacks including Arancini di Riso, Polpette, Fritto Misto, an aperitivo sharing board and a selection of flatbreads; all perfect for enjoying alongside cocktails.

For this Easter weekend, head to PocketSquare Skyline Bar & Terrace where the City meets the East. Located atop the Hyatt Place London City East hotel in Whitechapel, the bar boasts exceptional views across the capital, from Canary Wharf and Docklands to City icons like The Gherkin.
