PocketSquare – the east London rooftop bar with skyline terrace – has launched a Pop-Up Menu with FAIR®, the leading Fair Trade Liquor Brand. The menu of five exclusive cocktails is available at PocketSquare from 17th October through to the end of the year.
FAIR® is the world’s first Fair Trade and Organic Certified spirits company and is considered one of the pioneers in the sustainable movement in the UK. Sourcing the finest ingredients worldwide, FAIR®‘s goal is to produce high-quality spirits, using unique ingredients and supporting their farmers financially.
PocketSquare sits on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Place London City East Hotel; a hotel with a strong focus on Environmental Sustainability. The hotel aims to deliver sustainable hospitality for all colleagues, guests, customers, and the community. Working on a collaborative menu with FAIR® was an exciting opportunity for the PocketSquare team to work with a brand aligned to their goals and to promote a more environmentally conscious approach to bartending.
“We have been using FAIR® liqueurs and spirits at PocketSquare since we opened three years ago. It’s a brand we’re passionate about and we’re excited to share the pop-up menu with our guests. We hope the partnership not only raises awareness of FAIR® and but also sparks discussions around sustainability in cocktail making – something that is very important to both myself and the team.” Lucrezia Frosutto, Head Mixologist .
