Today, luxury London ride hailing app OUNO announces a partnership with The O2, the world’s most popular live entertainment, leisure, and retail destination. The three-year deal, brokered by AEG Global Partnerships, is set to revolutionise the valet car parking experience at the world’s busiest venue, with involvement from renowned young British actor, entrepreneur, and OUNO investor, Micheal Ward.
As the Official Executive Chauffeur Partner of The O2, OUNO will enhance the customer experience at the venue by introducing a bespoke valet service designed to elevate the arrival and departure of VIP guests. Professional hosts will be on hand to welcome premium ticket holders to the venue, ensuring a seamless and luxurious transition from their vehicle to their suite within the arena. All premium ticket holders will now be able to book luxury cars on demand via the Premium hub in The O2’s venue app, as well as pre booking rides seamlessly through the OUNO app.
As part of the partnership, OUNO has secured naming rights to The O2’s valet entrance, which has been rebranded as the ‘OUNO VIP Entrance’. Accessible to all guests heading to the venue’s premium suites, this entrance offers customers a luxury feel from the moment they arrive thanks to a dedicated drop-off area. Through the OUNO app, premium ticket holders can enjoy a range of exclusive perks, including seamless drop-off and pick-up, personalised assistance, and a dedicated customer service team.
