Cyber risk specialist, NormCyber, accelerates ambitious acquisition strategy following more than 25 percent YoY revenue growth

NormCyber, the UK-based security operations specialist, today announced the appointment of Mark Lee as its Sales Director to spearhead its rapid growth, which is focused on cyber managed services for enterprise customers.

Lee brings decades of experience in building new-customer-acquisition sales teams, targeting large UK and global enterprises with managed services. He also has proven expertise executing acquisition strategies for fast-scaling businesses. Prior to joining Norm, Lee served as Managing Director of Nasstar for six years, where he oversaw the company’s managed services and cloud key accounts business, managing half of the company’s revenue. He also spent six years at Intamac Systems, where he was promoted to CEO.

Lee’s appointment comes at a period of significant growth for Norm, following a series of major customer wins and a rapid scale-up of the team to support increasing demand from new enterprise engagements. Since joining Norm, Lee has already made a series of appointments to strengthen Norm’s new accounts business and has restructured the sales organisation according to geographic focus. This enables the managed security services provider, based in Fareham, Hampshire, to more effectively engage with organisations across the UK. New business development roles are now aligned to regions including London and the South of England, and further expansion is planned to support ongoing growth.

This momentum builds on a rebrand nine months ago that aligned Norm’s identity with its matured market position and long-term vision for enterprise growth. In the same period, Norm has earned four industry awards, recognising it as a leading cyber security and data protection managed services provider, and specifically acknowledging its strengths in customer service, solution delivery, and incident response. Alongside these achievements, Norm has expanded its strategic partnerships with key technology vendors, invested heavily in developing its specialist team, and consistently achieved high customer satisfaction scores – further solidifying its reputation as a trusted partner for enterprise clients.

“I have long regarded Norm as a company to watch, so I am excited to join it at such a pivotal moment of its evolution,” said Mark Lee, Sales Director at NormCyber. “I was familiar with Norm’s innovative services through Nasstar’s security consultancy and worked closely with its leaders at previous roles, going back as far as 15 years. I know that in joining Norm, I will be working alongside some of the brightest minds in cyber security and driving the growth of a business that is solving real challenges in the market.”

“Mark’s experience and expertise makes him the ideal leader to scale Norm’s sales operations,” said Wayne Churchill, CEO at NormCyber. “Having worked with large enterprises, Mark fully understands the clarity and confidence business leaders seek in their cyber resilience, and his vision for the company mirrors that of our own. We are pleased to have him on board as we navigate this next phase of growth.”
