Located on the 33rd floor of The Shard with breathtaking views over London, Hutong will be welcoming in Dry January with the award-winning beverage brand. Available every weekend from 11.30am-3.30pm, embark on a culinary journey through the alleys of Northern China with Hutong’s Dynasty Brunch. Start as you mean to go on with a selection of unlimited Iberico Pork Dumplings, Scallop & Prawn Wontons, and Crispy Prawn Rolls, followed by indulgent Sea Bass with ginger, garlic and chilli sauce or Ma La Beef with bell peppers and chilli and black bean sauce, accompanied by Vegetable Fried Rice or Noodles. To finish on a sweet note, enjoy decadent desserts, including the crowd-pleasing Ma La Chocolate Tart or the Mango Pudding, served with fruit salsa.
