Chinese fine dining destination Hutong, has partnered with Everleaf, the non-alcoholic aperitif made from the world’s most wonderful plants, to launch Dynasty Brunch – the ultimate bottomless brunch this January –  where guests can enjoy a limited-edition series of delicious tasting non-alcoholic cocktails alongside Hutong’s award-winning dishes.

Located on the 33rd floor of The Shard with breathtaking views over London, Hutong will be welcoming in Dry January with the award-winning beverage brand. As part of the free-flowing Fei Beverages for the new Dynasty Brunch, Hutong and Everleaf have created three vibrant drinks to accompany every bite.

Available every weekend from 11.30am-3.30pm, embark on a culinary journey through the alleys of Northern China with Hutong’s Dynasty Brunch. Start as you mean to go on with a selection of unlimited Iberico Pork Dumplings, Scallop & Prawn Wontons, and Crispy Prawn Rolls, followed by indulgent Sea Bass with ginger, garlic and chilli sauce or Ma La Beef with bell peppers and chilli and black bean sauce, accompanied by Vegetable Fried Rice or Noodles. To finish on a sweet note, enjoy decadent desserts, including the crowd-pleasing Ma La Chocolate Tart or the Mango Pudding, served with fruit salsa.

For a more indulgent experience, take your brunch with a view to new heights and opt for Hutong’s signature dishes Roasted Peking Duck, Red Lantern Soft Shell Crab and Sichuan Lobster.

Complement your brunch experience with Everleaf’s delicious non-alcoholic drinks, including the fruity Senlin, created with an aromatic blend of Everleaf Forest, pineapple, mango, passionfruit and chilli, the crisp Haiyang with Everleaf Marine, smokey cardamom, peppery Thai Basil, egg white and refreshing cucumber, plus the sweet Shan, crafted with Everleaf Mountain, almond, tart cranberry, juicy peach, a twist of lime, and a dash of dill.

Whatever your tipple of choice, Hutong and Everleaf have got you covered this Dry January.
