Parents are raving about a new nappy brand called Peachies that comes with its own concierge service.

Peachies Nappy Concierge service is open to all our customers. Despite being a new brand, they have more than 800 families that tap into the service.

The service has already helped its 800 parents to re-route their delivery to a holiday destination, offer advice on how to adjust the fit of Peachies when the umbilical cord is still attached, helped parents with premature babies get the best use out of our product, even when they fall out of the Size 01 4-6kg weight range, offer pre-birth nappy planning, supported visually impaired customers and even help set up subscriptions for grandparents and foster families.

Peachies hold up to 70% more liquid than other leading brands. Peachies nappies also save up to 93 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent emissions per 1,000 babies – that’s the weight of 17 elephants.

Parents simply buy or subscribe to Peachies and can access the concierge service straight away.

Parents aren’t just raving over the concierge service, but the quality of Peachies, too.

Launched in 2023 by Rima Suppan and Morgan Mixon, Peachies has already been dubbed the ‘Chanel’ of nappies by customers for the product’s top performance and bespoke customer service (seen in the reviews on the website).
