    FORMER NATIONAL INSTITUE FOR MEDICAL RESEARCH: Barratt London – Ridgeway Views, The Ridgeway, Mill Hill, London, NW7 1AA

    • Ridgeway Views is surrounded by 47 acres of greenery, the Mill Hill Conservation Area and is set on the site of the old National Institute for Medical Research.
    • The legacy of the site is honoured in the naming of each apartment blocks after scientists and staff, such as Hawking House. I’ve also attached some further information on the heritage of the site.
    • Homebuyers can relax on the communal terrace overlooking beautiful countryside or take advantage of the various other communal outdoor spaces, including a play area, a fitness trail and gently landscaped gardens.
    • Gym and concierge service are available to residents, as well as a number of ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ rated schools close to the development.

    FORMER NESTLE FACTORY: Barratt London’s Hayes Village – Nestles Avenue, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 4QF:

    • Eugen Sandow, who is known as the father of modern body building, invested in Sandow’s Cocoa Works, which then became a Nestle factory in 1929. The site heritage is honoured through the apartment block names, Nestle, Thornton, Hershey and Ferrero.
    • Consists of 1,500 new homes (One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments).
    • Development will have a 1.3km walking trail, 200m running track, a new public square and a convenient footpath to the station.
    • Gym onsite available for residents.

    FORMER KODAK FACTORY: Barratt London – Eastman Village, Headstone Drive, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 4TY

    • Eastman Village is a new regeneration project in Harrow which will provide over 2,000 new homes, a school, shops, leisure and community facilities, a new medical centre and commercial space.
    • As the site of the former Kodak factory, Eastman Village is celebrating a 125 year legacy and has 6 acres of parkland running through the village.
    • A joint venture with Hyde-Housing, 40% of the new homes will be classed as affordable. To increase sustainability, Eastman Village will offer electric car charging points, free car club membership for residents and plenty of cycle storage. Commuters will be able to reach Euston in just 13 minutes via Harrow & Wealdstone Station, which is only a 10-minute walk from Eastman Village.
    • The new community will include offices, retail space, extensive parkland and communal gardens, whilst Ofsted Outstanding schools, Whitefriars School and Pinner Park Infant and Nursery School are both within walking distance of the development. Residents won’t be short of places to exercise, with a residents’ gym to be built within the energy centre, and plenty of landscaped parkland being incorporated into the development.

    SOUTH WEST LIVING: Barratt London – Springfield Place, Glenburnie Rd, London, SW17 0SR

    • Collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and houses
    • Set in Tooting, where residents will be able to enjoy a new 32-acre park (the largest created since 2012 London Olympics)
    • Residents will be a part of a new residential village with supermarket, café and public square
    • Fantastic array of local amenities, and excellent transport links – Tooting Bec Underground, Wandsworth Common, and Earlsfield stations are all within easy walking distance
