MeetingRoomz, the international workspace booking platform headquartered in London, has secured over £150,000 in investor-backed funding to accelerate its growth, expand its team, and enhance its AI capabilities.

This investment will enable the company to scale its virtual workspace technology, making office and co-working space booking and management effortless for businesses, freelancers, and workspace providers. The successful funding round, backed by private investors and industry specialists, reflects strong confidence in MeetingRoomz’s vision to transform workspace management into a seamless, AI-powered ecosystem.

The funds will support the development of advanced AI-driven features, including on-demand workspace solutions for users and cutting-edge analytics to optimise workspace utilisation and automate bookings. These innovations aim to drive efficiency, reduce operational costs, and provide real-time insights for workspace providers.

CEO Faraz Khan commented: “With remote and hybrid working becoming the norm, MeetingRoomz is perfectly positioned to bridge the gap between businesses and workspace providers. Our goal is to create a smarter, more efficient workspace that benefits all stakeholders.”

He added: “We aspire to be the better version of booking.com of this sector, offering a seamless experience for users while providing operators with real-time, data-driven insights to enhance their services.”

As part of its expansion, MeetingRoomz has appointed industry specialist Natasha Asare as Co-Founder and Vice President. With her extensive expertise in the flexible workspace sector, she will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth strategy and scaling its operations.

With this latest investment and leadership expansion, MeetingRoomz is poised to redefine the future of workspace booking, driving innovation and accessibility in an increasingly digital and flexible working world.
