    L&Q Launches Shared Ownership Homes for West Londoners at Kew Bridge Rise

    L&Q will launch its one- and two-bedroom apartments at Kew Bridge Rise to west London buyers on 19th October 2024. A brand-new premium development moments from Kew Bridge Station, Kew Bridge Rise is a joint venture between L&Q and housebuilder The Hill Group.

    L&Q’s homes at Kew Bridge Rise will be available through Shared Ownership to those who currently live or work in Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Richmond-upon-Thames, Hillingdon and Hounslow, before opening to a London-wide audience in early 2025. Providing affordable housing in a sought-after area, L&Q will deliver 218 homes at Kew Bridge Rise, 152 of which will be available for Shared Ownership and 66 for affordable rent, with outright sale homes available from The Hill Group.

    Comprised of five impressive buildings, Kew Bridge Rise will offer an extensive range of on-site facilities, including a brand-new state-of-the-art gym, co-working space and an in-house concierge all available for Shared Owners to use. A new nursery is also due to open in the grounds of Kew Bridge Rise, ideal for young families looking to settle in the west of the capital.

For shopping, Chiswick High Road is just a 20-minute walk from homes at Kew Bridge Rise and Westfield in White City is just over 30-minutes away by bus.     Situated just a two-minute walk to Kew Bridge Overground Station and 10 minutes to Gunnersbury Underground Station, Kew Bridge Rise is ideal for commuters, offering fast, direct links to Waterloo, the UK’s largest train station.

    Prices start from £107,500 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment (full market value £430,000) and £142,500 for a 25% share of a two-bedroom apartment (full market value £570,000)
