Culture15, an innovative SaaS business that provides a rigorous platform to measure and manage culture, has expanded operations into vibrant new offices and increased its headcount to 9 to help drive the next phase of its ambitious growth strategy.

Founded in 2015 by Charlie Coode, an entrepreneur, consultant and practitioner in culture, strategy, and leadership, Culture15 was developed with a clear mission to help organisations put culture at the heart of business performance through the power of data and technology.

Since its inception, the innovative SaaS platform has helped many organisations effectively diagnose the culture they have, define the culture they want and then close the culture gap through clear strategy and direction.

On track to scale growth by an impressive 400% by the close of 2024, Culture15 has expanded its operations to The Foundry in Blackfriars, London, where its new office space will enable it to effectively accelerate its operations while providing space for its growing team to collaborate, innovate and drive growth.

This comes as the SaaS business welcomes new Marketing Manager, Hannah Cooper, and CFO, Susan Robson to its expanding team – with 60% of its non-tech-focused workforce now alumni from The Talent Tap, a renowned social mobility charity which has kick-started the careers of many talented students from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

With previous experience in both agency and in-house roles, including a marketing influencer position for global gym wear brand, Gymshark, Hannah will now play a fundamental role in driving the growth of Culture15 through the implementation of an impactful marketing and comms strategy that will directly engage stakeholders in the importance of measuring culture for improved team performance and business success.

An experienced CFO from the CFO Centre, Susan joins Culture15 on a part-time basis to strengthen the senior leadership team and build strong financial foundations to sustain continued and accelerated growth.

Charlie Coode, Founder of Culture15, confirmed: “Culture15 is on the brink of a very exciting year of growth, having advanced our SaaS based technology and welcomed many new clients on board over the last 12 months as more and more businesses wake up the importance of measuring company culture to improve and progress it.

Expanding into our new offices and welcoming both Hannah and Susan to the team is the latest step in this next phase of growth, where I am delighted to welcome them both the business and believe they will both play a key role in driving our strategy moving forwards.”

Fast becoming the ‘go to’ SaaS tool for cultural change in any organisation, Culture15 unveiled its new podcast, The Culture De-cooded, in January 2024 which will feature interviews with prominent leaders, culture practitioners and thinkers, including its first guest, Sam Galsworthy, original Founder of Sipsmith Gin.
