LEICHT Contracts, leading provider of German engineered kitchen furniture to the new build and regeneration construction market is thrilled to announce it has been shortlisted at this year’s prestigious Designerati Awards, named a finalist in the ‘Showroom of the Year’ category.
A key event across the interior design community, the Designerati Awards 2024 takes place on Thursday 14th November at the state-of-the-art venue, City Central at the HAC, in London. Finalists will enjoy a champagne and winter cocktail reception, followed by a 3-course dinner and completed with a prestigious awards ceremony.
Established in 2014, LEICHT Contracts is located in SE1 London at The Leather Market, a beautifully restored period building near London Bridge, which is home to the company’s state-of-the-art design studio and meeting space. LEICHT furniture is multi-faceted by design and presents a comprehensive range of design solutions that help to characterise the architectural kitchen and create original interiors through a specially curated mix of luxury units and doors, worksurfaces, and wall solutions for the contemporary kitchen. Supported by a company of qualified experts, LEICHT Contracts offers an in-house Projects Design team, UK Operations team, Projects Management team and dedicated customer service department.
The ‘Showroom of the Year’ award category recognises all new or redesigned high-end kitchen showrooms as part of the mission by Designerati Awards to celebrate excellence in kitchen and bathroom design. LEICHT Contracts transform its London Bridge showroom annually with a series of new displays, kitchen layouts and product innovations across its 3,000 sq ft studio space. The ground floor offers the latest contemporary kitchen designs, which are accompanied by a spacious materials studio, boardroom, staff room and open plan office on the first floor.
Providing a creative space to collaborate and support clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in person, LEICHT Contracts is able to supply the volume contract market with ease, selecting from its range of furniture and current partnerships with premium electrical appliance brands like Bora and V-Zug, along with third-party product manufacturers such as worktops by Caesarstone, and sinks and taps by Abode.
From composite quartz and natural stone to the very latest instant hot water taps and integrated smart lighting, sourcing high-quality branded products is key to every project designed and supplied by LEICHT Contracts, and made available to its clients.
