Bluewater has announced that global fashion brands, Bershka and Pull&Bear, will be opening the doors to their first Kent-based stores at the shopping centre on Thursday 21st November.
The duo of Spanish brands will each be occupying 10,000 sq ft units, with a combined footprint of 20,000 sq ft. Both stores will be located on the Lower Rose Gallery, between Claire’s and Office.
The Bershka store will bring together the brand’s three lines – Bershka, BSK, and Man – while the Pull&Bear branch will stock the full collection of menswear and womenswear.
Bershka was founded in 1998 to cater for adventurous young people, who are aware of the latest trends and interested in music, new technology and social media. The brand’s womenswear is split into two lines: Bershka and BSK. The former focuses on trend-led pieces with a range of denim, casual-wear and eveningwear, whilst the latter focuses on pop-culture. The Bershka Man line offers casualwear, sportswear and fashion-led trend pieces. Alongside the three core lines, Bershka offers a wide range of accessories and footwear.
Established in 1991, Pull&Bear has almost 1,000 stores worldwide, its fashion philosophy is to take the latest international trends, mixing them with the influences that are seen on the street and in the most fashionable clubs, and reworking into comfortable, easy-to-wear garments.
James Waugh, Centre Director at Bluewater, commented: “Our initial announcement around the arrival of Bershka and Pull&Bear was met with huge excitement by our guests, who are excited to be able to shop both brands for the first time in the region, so we’re delighted to be announcing that they will be opening their doors this week.Â
“With a huge, combined footprint of 20,000 sq ft, the new additions are bound to be a hit and are arriving just in time for Black Friday and the run up to Christmas.”
The news of Bershka and Pull&Bear’s openings follow the arrival of luxury cosmetics brand, Aesop, earlier this week on 18th November. What’s more, beauty retailer, Sephora, will open next week on 27th November, followed by Swedish fashion brand, Lindex, opening its doors on 28th November.
