New analysis of Google Trends data revealed that searches for “striped blazer” skyrocketed 825% worldwide today after Kate Middleton (the Princess of Wales) shared a new official portrait of herself wearing a striped, beige blazer, white t-shirt, and her signature skinny jeans.

The research, conducted by luxury fashion brand LIIEVE, revealed that searches for ‘striped blazer’ skyrocketed to ten times their average volume on the 14th June: an unprecedented rise in searches for striped blazers, according to the search data analysis.
The data also shows that searches for “beige blazer’ exploded to 5000% times their average volume on the 14th June in the US.
