    • New stats reveal fans will travel almost 300 miles to see the three brothers perform
    • Jonas Brother’s UK tour starts this week

The highly anticipated Jonas Brother’s four city UK tour starts this week after the European leg of their tour was rescheduled. The band will be playing in Manchester, Glasgow, London and Birmingham, but how far are their fans willing to travel to seem them?

A new survey by vehicle innovators at Kia finds that the average person is willing to travel 204 miles to catch their favourite act perform this summer. However, the Jonas Brother’s fans are willing to travel 273 miles to see them, making them one of the most dedicated fan bases.

The UK’s top artists and the miles fans are willing to travel for them are:

The Jonas Brothers came out fifth in the UK, with fans willing to travel on average 273 miles to see the three brothers. Catfish and The Bottlemen and Charli XCX boast some of the most devoted followers in the country, with respondents happy to travel 355 and 290 miles, respectively. Fans’ willingness to travel 238 miles to catch Taylor Swift perform means the star falls short of making the top ten.

While the Jonas Brother’s fans would be willing to travel far, the cities where the band is playing, has relatively low demand. Only 4.2% of respondents based in Manchester want to see them this year, while in Glasgow this figure is even lower at 3.4%. There is a slight increase in demand for London and Birmingham respondents with 5% and 5.2% of respondents wanting to see them this year, respectively. This may be because bands typically tour in these cities and so they’re not used to travelling.

When it comes to watching live music, it turns out that superfans who are willing to trek hundreds of miles for their favourite artists consider the journey just as memorable as the performance.  Nearly half of respondents (48%) consider the trip to a gig a large part of the concert experience, with over a third (35%) revealing that they love travelling for a concert.

For superfans willing to trek hundreds of miles, the journey should be an exceptional experience. With a long electric battery range, premium interior comfort, and intuitive driving assistance, you can sing along to your favourite artists in supreme comfort and style.
