- Honest Burgers launches a tasty kimchi-based special for February

This February, spice up your life with Honest Burgers’ new smashed burger special, Kimchi Smashed. In collaboration with award-winning fermentation specialists, Eaten Alive, Kimchi Smashed brings the taste of Korea to the table.
Kimchi Smashed is a brilliant build of a double-smashed Honest beef burger with extra crunchy white cabbage kimchi that is so good it won two stars at the Great Taste Awards. The zingy burger is also layered with Honest’s famous delicious brown butter mayonnaise that has been laced with Eaten Alive’s fantastically funky Raw Kimchi Fermented Hot Sauce, made up of a blend of chillies, peppers, and gochugaru to bring those tastebuds to life. The burger is wrapped to completion with double American cheese, white onion, and pickles.
This new special is an explosive journey of taste, perfect for those who love all things kimchi as well as a great platform for diners who want to try something new. The kimchi is also brimming with friendly bacteria that are great for your gut.
The Kimchi Smashed special is available at all 39 Honest Burgers restaurants, from the 6th February – 4th March 2024. The special comes served with homemade rosemary salted chips, seasonal coleslaw or dressed green salad included in the price. The Kimchi Smashed burger is £14.80 (including a side) when dining in or collecting. For those wanting to experience the burger from the comfort of their home, the Uber Eats price for the Kimchi Smashed burger is £15.90.
