This will be the 144th restaurant opening for the premium kebab chain
Following a remarkable run of openings in 2024, premium kebab chain German Doner Kebab (GDK) has today announced it will be unveiling its first train station restaurant in London, bringing its fresh, high-quality tasting kebabs to London Victoria this January.
German Doner Kebab has rapidly become a leader in the UK food scene, redefining the kebab experience with high quality and ingredients and a German twist, delighting customers with its innovative and halal-friendly approach to a classic favourite.
Setting the tone for an incredible year ahead, this will be the restaurant group’s 144th opening, and the 55th site in London alone. In an exciting move, the brand has nodded to a further 25 site launches to come in 2025.
Guests will also have the unique opportunity to enjoy the breakfast menu Monday – Sunday (8am-11am), served alongside GDK’s popular main menu. The breakfast options vary from the Doner Egg Brioche and the Big Breakfast Wrap (pictured above), crafted with GDK’s premium, lean doner meat, two free-range eggs, hash brown bites, sliced tomatoes, onion and the brand’s signature melted cheese and yoghurt sauce – the ideal grab-and-go item.
The restaurant group sets the standard by only using premium cuts of meat, fresh locally sourced salad, signature handmade sauces and GDK’s signature toasted waffle bread. GDK has also recently introduced their OG Jr – a smaller take on their best-seller, which acts as the perfect lunch time treat. This follows the launch of GDK’s innovative plant-based doner, offering vegetarian alternatives to the mains, the Boss Box, and the Doner Box.

The restaurant will be located in the Food Terrace in London Victoria’s Victoria Place Shopping centre, with a takeaway service for those on the go from the GDK app and those placing delivery orders with Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat.
