    • G.Network becomes one of the first providers to launch One-Touch Switch with an exceptional half-price offer for four months, with full fibre broadband plans starting from just £10 per month until 2025

    • New customers can easily switch to a faster connection and better service with up to £150 covered for early termination charges

G.Network, London’s full fibre broadband provider, is one of the first providers to launch Ofcom’s One Touch Switch (OTS) process, offering a groundbreaking new deal to make switching easier than ever.

With OTS, customers can switch to a faster full fibre connection, get a better deal, or enjoy improved customer service when changing broadband providers.

G.Network is offering exceptional plans starting from just £10 per month until 2025, ensuring that Londoners can benefit from seamless switching and superior connectivity. G.Network will cover up to £150 in early termination charges for customers who switch to their service, so they can enjoy seamless connectivity with zero switching hassle.

G.Network’s half-price offer until 2025 lets Londoners enjoy high-speed internet at market-beating prices. With speeds up to 13 times faster than the UK average download speed and an excellent Trustpilot rating, G.Network is setting the standard for affordable, top-tier broadband in London, making it the most trusted provider in the city.

Recent research conducted by G.Network highlights the need for an industry-wide simplified switching process. It reveals that a third (33%) of Londoners are actively looking to replace their current provider at the next opportunity, however one in ten (11%) find the process too difficult.

The OTS process simplifies the broadband switching process. G.Network will handle the entire switching process, eliminating the need for the customer to liaise with their existing provider and ensuring a seamless move to new G.Network full fibre with customers no longer having to pay for overlapping services.

Kevin Murphy, CEO at G.Network said, “We fully support Ofcom’s One Touch Switch process. We are delighted to see customers already switching seamlessly to G.Network using this new system. We believe that customers deserve reliable, fast and affordable broadband, and if switching providers is the best way to achieve that, it should be as simple and convenient as possible. This is a significant milestone for consumers, and we’re excited to demonstrate what true affordability looks like with our £10 per month full fibre deal.”
