On a mission to change the way the world experiences wine, this latest partnership will see Coravin and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants unite the very best in food & wine. From Seared Chutoro Nigiri, paired with rare sake at Lucky Cat, to Pigeon with Snail Risotto, paired with Rioja Imperial Gran Reserva, poured from a Jeroboam at The Savoy Grill, the menus offer a breadth and variety to treat all wine & food-lovers ahead of Father’s Day. Thanks to Coravin’s unique technology, which enables wines to be preserved for weeks, months or even years to come, each menu features dishes paired with wines which would usually not be available by the glass.
