    The exclusive dinner brings together top talent from Le Cordon Bleu Alumni and more

    CORD, the first fine dining restaurant by Le Cordon Bleu, is celebrating International Women’s Day with an exclusive dinner delivered by Le Cordon Bleu alumni and international talent.

    Senior Sous Chef at CORD, Justine Bordet, will be leading the culinary team for this special event, along with 4 talented guest chefs: Gail Ge’er Li, Luciana Berry, Circle Wong and Emily Roux.

    Aiming to shine a spotlight on women’s achievements in the culinary world, this Friday 8th of March at 6:30pm will see an exclusive 5-course dinner – with each course is cooked by one chef – carefully paired with wines by Jiachen Lu.

    International Women’s Day Dinner Menu Highlights:

    Chinese Yam, Nori, Wild Mushrooms, Plum Emulsion

    Cooked by Gail Ge’er Li from Dinings SW3 Restaurant – Winner of the Gosset Matchmakers competition and Le Cordon Bleu Alumni

    Seafood Moqueca from Bahia Brazil: Shellfish, Coconut Milk, Coriander

    Cooked by Luciana Berry from Bahia Brazil – Winner of Top Chef Brazil and Le Cordon Bleu Alumni

    Cornish Cod Confit, Plankton, Sea Lettuce, Green Asparagus, Beurre Noisette, Sauce Hollandaise

    Cooked by Justine Bordet – CORD Senior Sous Chef

    Glazed Short Rib of Beef, Stuffed Potato, Roast Mushroom, Beef Jus

    Cooked by Emily Roux – Director of Caractère Restaurant

    “Oriental Garden” White Chocolate & Jasmine Pannacotta, Citrus Cremeux, Herbs Sorbet, Citrus Caviar

    Cooked by Circle Wong – Le Cordon Bleu London Pastry Chef Lecturer

    The evening concludes with Petit Fours – a dark chocolate & Cointreau lollipop and honey Madeleine, promising a perfect end to an unforgettable night.
