Guests can sip on the ‘St. Valentine’ Cocktail while they enjoy the bar’s unbeatable views across east London along with some of the bar’s delicious Sicilian small plates including Arancini and Fritto Misto.
The flirty cocktail includes a mix of Lanique rose petal liquor, vodka and Rosé Prosecco and is topped with cotton candy.
For the full recipe, only three ingredients are need:
– 5ml Lanique
– 25ml Skyy Vodka
– Top up Della Vite Rose’ Prosecco
Method: Pour the three ingredients in a flute glass and garnish with candy floss.
Guests can also enjoy the art located around the bar and the hotel showcasing a retrospective of the work of renowned cartoonist Bill Tidy MBE who passed away last year. It sees thirty of Bill’s much-loved cartoons displayed.
