World-renowned women’s empowerment mentor Dawn Harlow launches new Lucky Star yoga retreat.

Women from across the UK to LA and beyond are set to roll out their mats this month as Dawn, yoga teacher, breathwork coach and confidence mentor, opens the doors to "Lucky Star", a seven-day online yoga retreat running from Monday 16 to Sunday 22 November.

The fully online retreat is designed to help participants release emotional blocks, rise in confidence, stimulate a magnetic aura and radiate brightness, all from the comfort of their own homes.

With over 20 years of experience, Dawn works with individuals on reinvention after trauma, divorce, narcissistic abuse, and grief. She is the founder of The Journey, which blends ancient wisdom and practice with modern-day science, backed by personal development. As well as Lucky Girl retreat, Dawn also offers unique yoga programmes for teenagers to discover mindfulness (Yoga Mamma). At the heart of the retreat is Dawn’s signature method, built on four pillars: Release, Rise, Magnetise and Radiate.

Each day of the retreat includes a 90-minute live yoga flow, breathwork, guided meditation and journaling prompts, with replays available so participants can practise around work and family life.

The week opens on Monday 16 November with arrival and intention-setting, moves through releasing old blocks and building confidence midweek, and closes on Sunday 22 November with a celebration designed to leave every participant glowing.

The retreat is open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis, and requires nothing more than a mat and an internet connection.

Speaking about the launch, Dawn said: "So many women I work with are carrying trauma from divorce, grief, or narcissistic abuse, and it stops them from showing up as the confident, magnetic women they truly are. I created Lucky Star and all the work I do to help women reinvent themselves. To give them seven days to let go of what's holding them back and step into their light. By the final day, I want every woman to feel lucky, radiant, and completely in her power. It’s the exact work I do with leaders, celebrities, models, and actresses all around the globe!”

"Lucky Star" retreat runs online from 16 to 22 November. For more information visit: https://dawnharlow.com .
