Serenova joins first of its kind menopause shopping concept in partnership with GenM

WOMEN'S supplement brand Serenova has joined forces with menopause partner GenM to take part in a world-first dedicated menopause-friendly shopping concept this October.

From 01 - 11 October, at raye the store on Kensington high street to mark Menopause Awareness Month, women will be able to browse a range of MTick-certified brands, who will be selling products all dedicated to supporting women experiencing one or more of the signs of menopause.

Among the brands on offer will be Serenova, whose range of science-backed nutrient rich supplements, normally sold online, will be available to shop in person for the very first time. This includes its Balance & Boost range, a sachet packed with 24 vitamins and minerals to support energy, wellbeing and more, as well as its Rest & Renew range, a magnesium-rich evening ritual to promote a restful sleep.

Shoppers that visit the store on Saturday 03 and Monday 05 October, from 2.00pm to 4.00pm, will also have the opportunity to sample Serenova's full range in a series of in-store demonstrations.

The pop-up menopause store is part of GenM's "Know the Sign" campaign, designed to help transform how women choose the products to help them navigate through menopause. It aims to encourage women to familiarise themselves with the 48 signs of menopause, while also looking out for the MTick, GenM's universal symbol and certification for menopause-friendly products.

Elle Sheppard, global head of growth and marketing at Serenova, said: "Going through the changes associated with menopause can be confusing enough, and shopping for products that can actually help you feel better shouldn't add to the mental load. We believe in this concept and keeping things simple, which is why we made sure our suite of drinkable supplements pack as much nutrition into every sachet as possible.

"When we launched Serenova last year, it was launched with a belief that women experiencing menopause need and deserve better, and a commitment to providing the best support we can. It's something we're really passionate about, and partnering with GenM this Menopause Awareness Month marks a progression of that ethos, allowing us to take our support for women from online to offline for the very first time."

Empowering Women Through the MTick Certification

Serenova was launched on International Women's Day in 2025, offering convenient drinkable supplements that support the complex wellness challenges women experience, especially those aged 40 plus. Its complete product suite has been awarded the prestigious MTick, based on each product's scientifically backed health claims and commitment to supporting one or more of the 48 signs of menopause, including fatigue, sleep disturbance, cognitive performance, hydration and changes in skin texture.

Elle added: "Receiving the MTick-certification was a proud moment for us, and by supporting GenM's Know the Signs campaign, we hope more women can feel empowered to take charge of their own wellbeing by knowing how the signs of menopause might be affecting them and having greater clarity of the products that could help support them."

Heather Jackson, CEO and Co-Founder of GenM, comments: "When I founded GenM seven years ago, it was because I wanted something I couldn't find for myself: somewhere I could easily search, source and shop for products that could support me through my menopause journey.

"My original idea was to create a one-stop shop destination for menopause-friendly support. But retail wasn't yet ready to recognise the role it could play in serving women like me better. But that idea stayed with me. It became the catalyst for the MTick, and a much bigger purpose: to normalise the menopause conversation, break the taboo, and change the rhetoric from fear to thrive.

"Today, more than 4,000 products have earned their MTick certification, and seeing a selection of them brought together here in an accessible, inclusive and vibrant pop-up retail environment on Kensington High Street feels like a very proud full-circle moment. This isn't about curing menopause, but making the lived experience better, starting with how we shop. I hope this pop-up becomes a catalyst for a much bigger change, where dedicated menopause spaces are no longer a world-first, but an expected part of the retail shopping experience, both in-store and online. This wasn't there for me when I needed it. But it is here for you now, and it will be even better for our future daughters."
