Premium personal training company Ultimate Performance (U.P.) has launched its Gift of Health, a Christmas gift designed for the loved one in your life who wants to take greater control of their health, strength and physical performance.

Available across any of U.P.’s private UK gyms from 1 November, the Gift of Health gives recipients a choice of four or eight one-to-one session packages with an elite U.P. personal trainer.

Recipients will also receive access to a free 12-month access to GP support, health plan, and comprehensive blood test measuring 124 different health biomarkers from healthcare provider Emerald Health.

Regardless of whether you buy the four or eight-session package, the standard U.P. client onboarding fee will also be completely waived – a saving of hundreds of pounds.

Training at Ultimate Performance is an experience unlike anything else in the fitness industry. Whereas independent personal trainers and commercial gyms are simply trying to sell sessions, the U.P. experience is completely different. Each recipient of the Gift of Health will receive a fitness concierge-level service, and be partnered with a dedicated personal trainer who will support them 24/7, both on and off the gym floor.

This includes structured one-to-one strength training sessions, tailored nutrition and bespoke meal plans, data-led progress tracking, elite coaching and accountability both inside and outside the gym.

Combining elite coaching with comprehensive clinical testing

As part of the Gift of Health, the Emerald provides a detailed review of the recipient’s health, covering a broad range of indicators including metabolic and cardiovascular health, hormones, organ function, inflammation, iron status and nutritional markers.

Recipients will receive a personalised health report, and 12 months support from the Emerald medical team to help people understand their results and next steps.

Together, the two elements of the Gift of Health offer a powerful combination: understanding where your health is today, and having expert support to start doing something about it. Emerald Health provides a detailed snapshot of an individual’s health at a specific point in time, Ultimate Performance then provides the physical intervention through structured strength training, expert coaching and accountability to change someone’s health for the better.

Four-Session Gift
