The organic soup brand has introduced a new Katsu Butternut & Sweet Potato flavour, with Londoners getting the chance to sample it this November.
For those looking to add something a little different to their lunchtime routine, organic soup brand Tideford Organics has launched a new Japanese-inspired Katsu Butternut & Sweet Potato Soup.
The latest addition to its plant-only range combines creamy butternut squash and sweet potato with the aromatic, gently spiced flavours of Katsu, offering a warming twist on a popular Japanese-inspired flavour.
Launched in September, the new soup joins existing favourites including Lentil & Spinach Dhal and Mexican Style Corn & Red Pepper, continuing Tideford Organics' focus on globally inspired flavours. Each pot also provides three of your five-a-day.
“Lunch should be something to look forward to, not just another box to tick on a busy day,” says Susann Tandy, Marketing Manager at Tideford Organics.
“At Tideford, we're all about bringing a little more joy to the table. For over 25 years we've taken culinary inspiration from around the world, and Katsu brings another deliciously different flavour to the range. Whether you're at home or squeezing lunch in between meetings, it's ready to eat in minutes.”
London sampling tour and nationwide availability
Londoners will also have the chance to try the new soup for themselves, with Tideford Organics bringing its sampling van to One New Change in the City of London on 5 November.
The London event forms part of a wider sampling tour, which will also visit Spinningfields in Manchester on 2 November and Brindley Place in Birmingham on 3 November, offering shoppers and lunchtime visitors the opportunity to discover the new flavour.
Tideford Organics' Katsu Butternut & Sweet Potato Soup is available nationally at Sainsbury's and Waitrose, as well as through Ocado, selected Morrisons stores in the South West, a small number of Whole Foods stores and online at Abel & Cole.
The 560ml pot has an RRP of £3.50.
