From a special £30 lobster roll and cocktail pairing for National Lobster Day to its first oyster menu, featuring freshly shucked Maldon Rock Oysters paired with English fizz and signature cocktails, there’s no better time to dive into the bounty of British waters.

National Lobster Day Special and New British Oyster Menu

To mark National Lobster Day, Songbird is turning its signature lobster and caviar roll - usually £25 and available exclusively at lunch - into an all-day special, paired with fries and a drink for just £30 on 25th September. Guests can choose between a glass of Chapel Down Brut or a Yuzu Martini, pairing rich lobster and golden fries with crisp English fizz or Songbird’s bright, citrus-led signature cocktail. Perfect for a leisurely lunch, an after-work bite or an indulgent evening treat.

September marks the start of native oyster season in the UK, and Songbird is getting in on the action, serving freshly shucked Maldon Rock Oysters, starting from £12 for three. Enjoy with classic shallot mignonette, lemon and Tabasco, or pair with a glass of Chapel Down Brut or a Yuzu Martini for £22. Go all out with six or a dozen oysters, with larger fizz and cocktail pairings available.
