Sir Devonshire Square continues its series Behind the Pass hosted by Jimi Famurewa

Sir Devonshire Square, continues its series 'Behind the Pass' - real conversations between London's chefs and leaders in food about what life is like behind the pass.

Hosted by acclaimed food critic and broadcaster Jimi Famurewa, each event brings together two leading voices from the world of food—chefs, restaurateurs, writers, critics or entrepreneurs—for an honest, generous conversation about what it really takes to build a life in food.

This next event in the series takes place on September 14th 6.30pm-8.30pm and features two stand-out leaders in food: restaurateur David Carter and chef and restaurateur Ravinder Bhogal

David is the founder of SMOKESTAK, Manteca, AGORA and OMA, and brand new London restaurant KID, in Soho.

Ravinder Bhogal is an award-winning writer, chef and restaurateur. She founded Jikoni and the recently opened Café Jikoni.

Hidden within Devonshire Square, Sir Devonshire Square offers an effortless escape from the pace of the City without ever leaving it. Designed by Samuel Wright of Maison 191, the interiors are warm, romantic and full of character, with a rotating collection of local and bespoke artworks that keep each visit feeling fresh. With 81 serene rooms, including 11 suites, The Cover private members' club, and restaurant, the hotel blends calm and creativity perfectly.

Drop in for a morning coffee, settle in for a few hours of work, enjoy breakfast, small plates, carefully curated wines and signature cocktails at the all-day bar, or ease into the evening with friends.

Beyond the food and drink, it's the year-round programme of talks, live music, intimate dinners and cultural happenings that keeps guests and locals coming back, creating all the energy of a members' club, with doors that stay open to everyone.

Tickets for Behind the Pass are £11.55 and available on Eventbrite. Behind the Pass is presented in partnership with Nordes Gin and Giffard's and tickets include a cocktail.
