A little festive indulgence? PizzaExpress serves up Dough Balls & Caviar 🎄🥂
    • PizzaExpress is giving its iconic Dough Balls an unexpected upgrade, introducing limited-edition Caviar Dough Balls, topped with Oscietra caviar

    • The luxurious pairing will be available at select PizzaExpress restaurants from 3rd November as part of the brand’s Christmas menu

    • The new Christmas menu also serves up new seasonal delights including a Three Cheese Fondue Wreath, Christmas Crackler pizza, Festive Five Cheese pizza, and Loaded Snowball Dough Balls

The nation’s most iconic pizzeria brand, PizzaExpress, has unveiled its Christmas menu, with a surprising new twist on its iconic Dough Balls taking centre stage. Enter the festive duo you never knew you needed: Caviar Dough Balls, bringing together a familiar favourite and a famously extravagant ingredient in a festive pairing.

Available exclusively at selected PizzaExpress restaurants across the UK, the new limited-edition dish sees the brand’s famous Dough Balls and butter served alongside sustainably sourced Oscietra caviar. This is guaranteed to be the only way you’ll want to eat caviar from now on.

The deliciousness doesn't stop there, because PizzaExpress is also launching a new Three Cheese Fondue Wreath. Featuring a wreath of golden Dough Balls, with a centre filled to the brim of luxurious cheese fondue, finished with garlic butter, parsley, Gran Milano cheese and a drizzle of hot honey. A perfect sharing starter (or not, we won’t judge).

Also landing on the menu are new seasonal pizzas, alongside the return of some fan favourites (yes, Snowball Dough Balls are back!):

    • The Christmas Crackler pizza: Enjoy Christmas in pizza form with this feast of pulled pork, slow cooked with fennel seeds and rosemary, mozzarella, pancetta and potato on a béchamel base, finished with parsley, apple sauce and crispy crackling.

    • The Festive Five Cheese pizza: A decadent combination of cheddar cheese sauce, blue cheese and mozzarella, topped with a whole burrata, Gran Milano cheese, sun-dried tomato and pine kernel pesto and fresh basil.

    • Dough Balls in Blankets: An icon returns. Dough Balls wrapped in crisp pancetta, with rosemary, Gran Milano cheese and caramelised red onion chutney.

    • Sprout & Pancetta Slaw: Shredded sprouts, carrot, red onion and touch of parsnip tossed in honey & mustard dressing, with crispy pancetta.

    • Loaded Snowball Dough Balls: PizzaExpress’ famous Dough Balls topped with white chocolate sauce, dusted with cinnamon and icing sugar, and served with a white chocolate dip.

    • Cracking Christmas Brownie: A warm Belgian chocolate brownie topped with vanilla gelato, a cracking chocolate shell and white chocolate decoration â€“ bringing a little extra magic to the Christmas table.

And because no Christmas menu is complete without a tipple, PizzaExpress is also serving up a selection of new seasonal drinks.

Let It Sloe combines sloe gin, orange liqueur, cranberry and lime, topped with lemonade, while White Christmas brings together amaretto and Sapling vodka with vanilla and nutmeg, topped with a white chocolate treat. For a twist on a classic, the Salted Caramel Elfspresso Martini adds salted caramel syrup and gold coffee beans to the Espresso Martini.

With Christmas being the ultimate season for coming together, PizzaExpress has created its festive menu around exactly that – from the warmth of its restaurants to a menu designed to make the season feel that little bit more special.

PizzaExpress’ Christmas menu is available in restaurants from Tuesday 3rd November 2026 until Monday 4th January 2027, with Caviar Dough Balls available at selected restaurants only.
