Sensory-friendly children’s clothing brand Morning Marvels has announced that it is now a Certified B Corporation™ (B Corp).
Morning Marvels was founded by Anaïs Lombard after she struggled to find clothes that worked for her own children, who experienced sensory sensitivities and eczema.
The startup makes super-soft clothes designed to make getting dressed easier for children with sensory sensitivities, fine motor challenges, and eczema-prone or easily irritated skin. The range includes pyjamas, dresses, and vests.
Beyond its products, Morning Marvels uses its platform to raise awareness of the impact the wrong clothes can have on a child’s day and to advocate for more inclusive, child-centered design.
Meeting Rigorous Standards for Sustainability and Social Impact
The certification recognizes the award-winning brand’s high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability, as independently verified by B Lab, the nonprofit behind the B Corp movement. It is an accolade that reflects the brand’s wider commitment to sustainability, including its use of TENCEL™ Modal fibers from Lenzing—made from sustainably sourced beech wood—and its partnerships with ethical manufacturers in the UK and EU.
The brand also looks for practical ways to reduce waste, repurposing leftover fabrics into reusable drawstring bags rather than letting them go to waste.
Morning Marvels joins a global community of more than 11,200 Certified B Corporations across 105 countries and 163 industries, collectively employing more than one million people. It joins other B Corps such as Patagonia, Elemis, Innocent Drinks, and The Big Issue.
“Morning Marvels started with a very simple idea: children shouldn’t have to put up with uncomfortable clothes. From the beginning, I wanted to build the kind of business I would genuinely feel good about supporting myself, both in what we make and how we operate. Becoming a B Corp feels like an important marker of that. It doesn’t mean we’re perfect, but it does mean we’ve been independently challenged on our practices and have committed to keep improving as we grow,” says founder Anaïs Lombard, an experienced brand builder who previously co-founded Gallinée, the pioneering microbiome skincare brand acquired by Shiseido.
Morning Marvels is a children’s clothing brand making soft, sensory-friendly clothes for children who find getting dressed difficult. Its designs support children with sensory sensitivities, fine motor challenges, eczema, and sensitive skin, without asking them to compromise on style. The brand is also a three-time Junior Design Award winner. For more information, see Morning Marvels.
