Business Book of the Year 2026 Revealed

The winners of The Business Book Awards 2026, in Partnership with Pathway Group, were announced at its Annual Gala Dinner at The Drum in Wembley on 16 September.

Hundreds of books from authors and publishers worldwide were carefully considered before being shortlisted across 14 categories including Leadership, Change & Sustainability, Business Journey and Wellness & Wellbeing.

Following a rigorous judging process, each category winner was chosen by a panel of experts, with the overall Business Book of the Year 2026 selected as Tiny Experiments by Anne-Laure Le Cunff, who said: “I’m delighted to have received this award. I truly believe that in times of change, developing an experimental mindset is one of the most important skills that we can develop, and I hope that more people foster collective curiosity and reimagine their relationship with uncertainty. I want to thank my publishing team at Profile for all their support and trusting in this project.”

Head Judge Jacq Burns, founder of the London Writers’ Club and former Commissioning Editor at Random House and Editorial Director at HarperCollins, said: “A huge congratulations to all our winners. The Business Book Awards are a celebration of the books and authors shaping the business world. We had some outstanding entries this year, showcasing the incredible range of talent, fresh thinking, and ideas in business books today.”

The Business Book Awards has become one of the most prestigious events for non-fiction authors. Renowned for celebrating excellence and innovation, the awards also strive to be as inclusive as possible, celebrating diversity of authors and welcoming traditional, hybrid and self-published books.
