The rosé brand is bringing a taste of The Balearic’s golden hour to London next week, and you’re invited

Castillo de Ibiza, the Mediterranean rosé inspired by Ibizan sunsets, is set to bring a taste of the Balaerics to London this September for an evening of tapas and Sundowners, in partnership with trailblazing Chef, Rosie Kellett.
Following a recent report commissioned by Castillo de Ibiza, research showed that almost half (48%) of Brits who’ve been to Ibiza are currently missing the island, whilst Londoners (68%) and Scots (61%) were the top UK residents that are missing Ibiza the most*.
Celebrating the final few weeks of the Ibizan season, the rosé brand is bottling up the magic of the island and inviting Brits to enjoy rosé the Ibizan way. With a bespoke menu artfully crafted by Kellett the event offers guests an evening of delectable flavours, shared conversation and golden hour island vibes in the heart of the city.
Rosie Kellett’s ‘Puesta Del Sol Con Castillo de Ibiza’ Supper Club Special – 20th September
Taking inspiration from the laid back eateries of the Balearic Islands, the one-off event will feature communal sharing plates and traditional Mediterranean dishes. On arrival, guests can enjoy an inventive rosé welcome cocktail, designed by Manachain Monaghan, to toast to the night ahead as well as Castillo de Ibiza to pair with each dish.
Set at a sunset rooftop venue at The Boundary Hotel, in London’s Shoreditch, diners will be transported straight to the magical island of Ibiza with live entertainment from a DJ.
