Fast-growing business consultancy, Bula Partners, has reunited a proven senior leadership team with the appointments of Rob Konzon and Lyndsay Morgan as its latest growth partners.

With impressive experience in c-suite roles, both Rob and Lyndsay worked closely with Michael Bush – Managing Partner of Bula Partners – as the original senior leadership team for Climb Online; the digital marketing agency founded by BBC Apprentice Winner, Mark Wright, and billionaire business tycoon, Lord Sugar.

Here, Michael, Lyndsay and Rob played a fundamental role in the growth of the success of the business, scaling growth to a high 7-figure turnover while laying the right financial, operational and commercial foundations to achieve an impressive 8x multiple exit.

In joining Bula Partners, Rob will bring over 15 years’ experience in senior and c-suite accountancy positions to the business, supporting Bula clients to create growth through having the right financial infrastructure.

An impressive COO with an unrivalled approach to creating impactful operational structures, Lyndsay joins Bula Partners as its operational lead, and will focus on helping its growing client base to implement and leverage the right processes to improve efficiencies and scale revenue.

Michael Bush, Founder and Managing Partner of Bula Partners, confirmed: “Bula Partners was founded to help ambitious business leaders unlock their potential and achieve their growth objectives through four core pillars: Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

By appointing Director level experts under each of these four pillars, we truly can help service-based businesses to establish the very foundations that are proven to scale growth.

I am, therefore, extremely delighted to welcome both Rob and Lyndsay to the business, and having worked with them at Climb Online, I can’t wait to see the positive impact they will have on both existing and new clients alike – watch this space.”

Established in January 2024, Bula Partners is headquartered in London and works with a growing and impressive portfolio of service-based businesses, including CFO Centre, Reech, Jarvo, Rydal Group and MiSmile Media.
