Maison Pierre Marcolini innovates with an oat milk chocolate tablet to satisfy all palates. For the more indulgent, there’s a hazelnut and coconut praline tablet made with plant-based coconut milk and roasted coconut flakes.
These new vegan recipes offer the darkest milk chocolates with a 55% cocoa content. And for even more pleasure, Pierre Marcolini revisits the iconic Casse-Noisette and creates the Praliné Casse-Noisette tablet, a delicious milk chocolate with a Piedmont hazelnut praline insert, adorned with roasted whole hazelnuts.
Like all of Pierre’s chocolates, when opened people will discover exceptional cocoa beans and ingredients, along with the unique flavour, notes, origins, and now without dairy.
Pierre Marcolini, a pioneer of Bean-to-Bar since 2001, continues his journey by creating vegan recipes whereby cocoa beans are cultivated from plantations to boutiques, all made in the Brussels workshop.
New vegan bars add to the signature ‘Tablet’ collection, which has had a redesign and continues Pierre’s journey searching for cocoa in the Tropics. This autumn, Pierre Marcolini takes us on a journey to discover a new cocoa region situated between the Rwenzori Mountains and Virunga National Park, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
