Voy, the UK’s leading medicated weight loss programme, has unveiled the results of its pioneering study on how behavioural changes impact the efficacy of weight loss medication. The research found that patients who track their weight at least once a week or complete at least one health coaching session lose 53% more weight compared to those using medication alone.
