Adagio, the European leader of aparthotels, announced today the decision to deploy IDeaS G3 revenue management system across its portfolio of properties. This sophisticated, automated system has been specifically adapted to maximize revenue while meeting the operational priorities of medium- and long-stay hotel residences.

Effectively forecasting demand, managing availability, and practicing good pricing are key revenue management challenges at the heart of the hospitality sector. Addressing these critical tasks efficiently for aparthotels requires the implementation of decision support tools specifically adapted for maximizing revenue at extended stay properties.

Powered by advanced analytics capabilities, IDeaS offers several features to meet Adagio’s needs: real-time analysis of market developments and competition, improved forecasting accuracy, and automated optimized revenue management decision-making across a varied range of room-type and length-of-stay product offerings. This system allows teams to dynamically make informed pricing decisions and always maximise the profitability of the sites.

The use of this powerful new tool will revolutionise the work of teams in charge of revenue management by strengthening their analytical capacity, refining their knowledge of the market, and streamlining routine tasks via automation. During implementation, each site receives careful oversight to minimize business disruptions and ensure optimal conditions. Additionally, certification training courses have been put in place to support change management.

To date, 40 Adagio aparthotels have implemented this solution. The deployment is projected to be extended to all European sites by the end of 2024.

“The adoption of this system – the best on the market for medium- and long- stays – offers teams both significant time savings and the ability to effectively deploy optimal pricing and revenue management strategies. Integrating artificial intelligence at the heart of our revenue management practices is a profound cultural change and a big leap forward for Adagio.”

Stéphane Ormand, Chief Commercial Officer Adagio

“We are thrilled to be working with Adagio and their impressive collection of aparthotel properties. It’s been a fantastic collaboration as we’ve worked to meet the tailored needs of their long-stay business model. We’re looking forward to a long and successful relationship marked by efficient and effective revenue strategies across their portfolio.”
