Terence Rodia is the Director of YOU Management, a globally acclaimed talent agency founded in 2012. As a former industry professional, Terence’s story began with his relocation to the UK on a fully funded scholarship, where he honed his skills in Musical Theatre.
With over a decade of triumphs in his performing career, including notable roles in productions such as Wicked, We Will Rock You, Grease, and prominent roles such as Chino in West Side Story, and Mike in A Chorus Line, Terence is a true natural in performing arts and boasts a unique, first-hand insight into what it takes to succeed in one of the World’s most competitive industry sectors.
Terence’s experience also extends beyond the stage, having worked as a choreographer for esteemed companies such as AIDA Cruises, PGT Entertainment, Regent Seven Seas, and Princess Cruises and as a Director for local London drama school showcases.
After a successful decade of working as a performer in the industry, Terence decided to leverage his experience to help other aspiring artists achieve their dream career and launched YOU Management.
Committed to shining the spotlight on the next generation of talent, Terence has since grown YOU Management into an international talent agency across key locations London, LA, NYC and Hamburg, successfully representing professionals while also having launched and driven the growth of YOU Casting and YOU Productions.
