PANINI PANDEMONIUM: NATIONAL SANDWICH WEEK AT FISH & BUBBLES

Making waves on the capital’s burgeoning sandwich scene is newcomer, Fish & Bubbles in Notting Hill, with its authentic Italian seafood panini. The restaurant has put together a steal of an offer to celebrate National Sandwich Week – from Monday 20th to Friday 24th May; bring a pal and get your mitts around two generously stuffed buns for £10 every lunchtime, available for take away only from noon until 2pm.

Featuring freshly baked Italian rosetta buns generously stuffed with impeccably sourced fish and seafood fillings which transports you to the beach in southern Italy in every bite, try the signature Fish and Bubbles panino with caramelised red onions, cod in prosecco batter, aubergines, buffalo mozzarella topped with roasted cherry tomatoes; or get your hands around the SalmoNami with rustic roasted pepper sauce, salmon tartare, cucumber, tomatoes and burrata. The Tuna Turner is also a must-try – cacio e pepe and basil cream, tuna tartare, sweet and sour courgette carpaccio, roasted tomato, stracciatella di burrata and rocket.

Open daily on Notting Hill’s Kensington Park Road, newly opened Fish & Bubbles is situated in one of West London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, moments from Portobello Road and is dog-friendly (well-behaved pups only). To claim the two for £10 take away offer, simply quote National Sandwich Day whilst ordering at the restaurant.
