On a mission to help to make smart choices easy, Volonté Fitzrovia is the exciting new go-to wellness destination for those who live and work in the area and a wholesome magnet for visitors passing discovering the central London neighbourhood.
Uniting their passion for wellness whilst celebrating all food groups, Volonté’s co-founders, Vidushi Binani and Haylene Ryan Causer, are excited to share their vision with the community, offering a hybrid wellness space that elevates Londoners’ busy lifestyles. Embodying the brand’s ethos of sustainable wellbeing, this includes new freshly made ‘grab and go’ salad bowls made to order in house with homemade dressings, post-workout protein shakes and barista-style coffees that can be mixed with collagen or protein.
Fusing fitness and food, the cafe on the ground floor is 960 square metres, whilst downstairs a serene 784 square metre studio space will be an oasis for low-impact movement. This includes offering the increasingly popular practice of Pilates, to yoga sessions and mindful meditation classes that allow city goers a safe escape from the bustle of daily London life. A string of exciting events will also take place in the new studio space, with a timetable of classes to come.
Translating as the French feminine noun for ‘willpower’, Volonté is a place built upon feminine strength with a core belief that optimum wellbeing is achieved through a life of abundance rather than restriction. Opening doors to the flagship space in April 2022 on Brompton Road and Piccadilly site in September last year, Volonté Fitzrovia’s menu features the brand’s signature favourites, this includes Volonté’s Chilli Bowl, fluffy Whipped Egg Omelette, fragrant Bangkok Bowl and collagen Kinder Bueno smoothie. These are served alongside a standout new mural design that embodies the feminine soul of the flourishing brand.

With a collective spotlight on inclusive wellbeing, Volonté’s nutrition-first menu is built upon the principles of nutrition with each carefully considered dish features high-quality macro and micro-nutrients. A judge for the Great Taste Awards, and great British Food Awards with a qualification from London’s world-famous Le Cordon Bleu, co-founder Vidushi Binani lovingly crafts each dish using sustainable, seasonal, and ethically sourced produce.
